Stancraft

This 27,00 square foot building is a combination of tilt up construction and wood framing. Approximately 17,000 square feet of the building is manufacturing space with the balance being used as offices and a showroom. The design lends a very industrial look without compromising the unique, rich nature of the finishes. When you enter the building through the main 5’ x 7’ glass pivot door, take a look at the mahogany stair treads at the main stairway. They were fabricated by StanCraft, and are one of the main focal points as you walk in. The building also features re-sawn barn wood ceilings in the office areas and showroom as well as above the main entry at the building’s exterior. Exposed ductwork and fire sprinklers give way to the industrial look while the hand trowel texture on the walls maintains the subtle richness to tie it all in.
